MinecraftArmor.com is a static website. There are no accounts, advertising or analytics scripts.

Skins you upload

Skin files are read by your browser and never sent to a server. The most recent skin is kept in your browser's local storage so it is still there next visit. Clear your site data to remove it.

Username lookups

If you load a skin by Java username, your browser requests that skin image from the public minotar.net service (or crafthead.net as a fallback). That request is subject to their privacy policy. Nothing else is shared.

Loadouts and settings

Loadouts, scene settings and your last skin are saved only in local storage on your device. Ordinary share links contain the outfit itself (armor, trims, colours) in the URL.

Gallery and skin share links

Only when you press Publish, or Share while using an uploaded skin, is the outfit, its name and that skin image stored on our server. Published designs are public in the gallery; share links are visible to anyone who has the link. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit spam and repeat likes.

Fonts and libraries

Fonts load from Google Fonts and the 3D engine (three.js) from unpkg.com. These providers can see your IP address when the files are requested.
